Learn America for Higher Education
Academic Support for Improved Student Retention and Graduation Success
The Next Generation Accuplacer tests from College Board are here. College-bound students must meet certain minimum math skills in order to gain admission. That’s only half the battle. Student graduation from colleges is directly affected by the math competency of the individual. Learn America provides the necessary preparatory material and hand-holding to guide students to a successful college experience.
Arithmetic focuses on computation, the order of operations, estimation and rounding, comparing and ordering values in different formats, and recognizing equivalent values across formats.
Students aspiring for a college education must master these basic skills to be successful in any program. Our adaptive testing methodologies are similar to the strategies employed by the College Board and students are guided through an iterative process of learning self-assessment adaptive testing. Students learn at their own place and our process allows them to build-up their confidence and excel in the College Board test.Level - I
Next-Generation Quantitative Reasoning, Algebra, and Statistics (QAS)
QAS - assesses knowledge and skills in Rational numbers, Ratio and Proportional Relationships, Exponents, Algebraic Expressions, Linear Equations, Linear Applications and Graphs, Probability Sets, Descriptive Statistics, and Geometry Concepts.
Based on the score obtained by the student from their Level I evaluation, they are channelized into a curriculum and testing regiment which allows them to master the Level II evaluations. Students successfully completing the Level II preparation will acquire the necessary math skills and confidence to progress to Liberal Studies.Level - II
Next-Generation Advanced Algebra and Functions (AAF)
assesses knowledge and skills in Linear Equations, Linear Applications and Graphs, Factoring, Quadratics, Functions, Radical and Rational Equations, Polynomial Equations, Exponential and Logarithmic Equations, and Trigonometry.
Students who aspire to follow a technical track in college will need to master the Level III College Board Assessments. Learn America’s Blended Math Accuplacer Preparatory programs will ensure better completion rates.Level - III
